Even the receptionist and the ladies who handle the paper work make you feel like a million bucks. I have seen the same faces for years. To me that says something about this dealership.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

I have purchased many cars over the years but the experience at Mac Haik was one of the best. I came prepared to strongly negotiate but I felt I got a good deal on price and my trade value with little effort on my part. Perhaps I left a little money on the table but I felt good about the deal and it was completely painless.

My car is 15 years old. I've had it for ten. I got 29.5 mpg on my trip to Santa Barbara over Easter. Problem is is that is doesn't always start the first time. Supposedly has 'extended crank' which could mean the check valve in the fuel tank. The local dealer never could figure it out. To repair it will be cost prohibitive, so my search for the XT5 continues.

Dealerships are a mixed bag. But we had a very good experience purchasing an XT4 from Covert. 8K miles in now and zero complaints. The XT4 is flawless. Would definitely recommend Covert Cadillac to friends.

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

Phenomenal workers and owners. Bought a truck recently in tip top condition from these folks and was not disappointed. However, after driving the truck for 2 days, a freak disaster due to no fault of their own, happened, causing some of the electrical components in the truck to completely fry and catch on fire and render the truck un-startable. I called the owners of said shop and he gave me his personal number and told me to tow it to his shop immediately, regardless of the time, to have a look at it. I had bought the car as is and did not choose to get extended warranty but Mohamad and his colleagues went out of their way to provide a repair and replacement to the damaged components within the truck completely FREE of charge. Even though he technically did not have to go out his way and had all the right to charge me for the repairs, he stated, “You are my customer and I take care of my customers.” He proceeded to then get his colleagues to prioritize my truck even after they had already closed shop and were able to complete all necessary repairs within 3 hours after telling me it would be ready the next day because he heard that I was in urgent need of the truck for work purposes. I will surely be encouraging my friends and coworkers to consider shopping at this dealership for any future automobile purchases and you should to. These gentlemen are full of integrity and truly care for their fellow human beings. They made me feel as if I have been a friend of theirs for years and in need of urgent care. They are transparent in the way they conduct business and strive to be as fair as anyone could be when negotiating. I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I gave up a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLEs Coupe, almost 600 HP and lots of great features; nearly $130,000 new. I traded for a 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I love this thing, but realize I'm a sedan guy so that may influence my rating. The caddy is awesome, gorgeous exterior, great performance, great technology, and fun to drive. I got the upgraded interior so I don't have the complaints I've seen elsewhere on the interior quality. If you're like me and still prefer a gasoline performance car that gets decent mileage, I highly recommend this car. Love it!

we love the car! being a Cadillac, I figured the fit and finish would be of better quality. driver door was out of line took back to dealer and they made it better, but not perfect. Little disappointed

I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

I bought this car in July 2020 w/30M...it was a rental rocket in EXCELLENT condition...tires were 8/32 so had recently been replaced before I purchased...the only repairs I've needed to do were both common with the XTS - had to replace that worthless CUE system because it froze and wouldn't respond to the DIY reset...also had spider web in the glass, another common defect...had leaks in the rear shocks, another known issue with the XTS...other than those 2 things this car has been amazing...the best Cadillac I've owned and this is my 12th one...I've been driving Cadillacs most of my adult life and this by far the best one, to the point I don't even mind having to replace the 2 items I mentioned...currently have 67M and only had to change the oil and rotate the tires

This suv is exactly what I was looking for. It has a great exterior and interior appearance. The ride is smooth and very comfortable. The features of this vehicle are just what I wanted.

This compact coupe is absolutely gorgeous and I love it more every single day… 6+ years later, styling can’t be beat! Two recommendations: 1) Take to the dealer and do a transmission fluid flush as soon as you get it. 2) Swap out the runflats for all-season or summer tires. You’re welcome!
