I gave up a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLEs Coupe, almost 600 HP and lots of great features; nearly $130,000 new. I traded for a 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I love this thing, but realize I'm a sedan guy so that may influence my rating. The caddy is awesome, gorgeous exterior, great performance, great technology, and fun to drive. I got the upgraded interior so I don't have the complaints I've seen elsewhere on the interior quality. If you're like me and still prefer a gasoline performance car that gets decent mileage, I highly recommend this car. Love it!

Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

I traded my 3 year old 2019 Blazer to get a new CT5-V Series. The car is nicely equipped & lovely to look at inside & out. The leather black & white interior has a hi-end look & feel, plus heated & ventilated seats. This car is about the same size as the current model Honda Accord. The 360hp V6 feels willing, able & smooth. The exhaust has a sporty note. 10 speed auto shifts very smoothly. This is the best driving Cadillac I've been in & just to reiterate, has a sporty feel. It's not the "cushy" Brougham feeling Caddy's were known for in the 1980's. It looks very smart, has enough advanced technology to boggle your mind & overall, gets you there in style! On the downside, I ordered this car in March & took the process 7 months before car arrived at my Dealership.

Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Every year i take my mc20 for service. I wont take it anywhere else. Erick Guiterez quickly returns my calls and provides great service for my car.

I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

Excellent team to work with across the board. The entire process was painless albeit time consuming. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an easy to work with team.

I bought myself the Genesis GV70 2022, from Braman Hyundai found it on CarGurus. My 1st salesman ended up being Guillermo and he treated me very well originally. The next few phone calls after my purchase I notice his attitude changed but never the less I brushed it off. When I had to return a few days later I called 1st, same dismissive attitude & once I reached there I brought it his attention. He apologized but again twice after that on a phone call he was very dismissive. Rush to tell me he has to take a call & he call me back and hung up. Never heard back and this was the second time he’s done that. Funny we seemed like we clicked prior to me purchasing my vehicle. Love my car but rather someone else got the commission!!

We were very pleased by the professionalism and kindness of Pedro Lopez. He was not the typical sleezy car sales person you imagine to encounter. He was fair (i guess as fair as it could be considering it is a car purchase) very knowledgeable and patient. And the car dealership is very conveniently located! I'm just 3 weeks into owning and driving this new car, having accepted that my 300,000 mile 22 year old Olds couldn't be rejuvenated. The CT5 is a fine looking intermediate sized sedan. The dealership support seems solid. I think I have mastered the most important 2/3 of what all the switches and controls do. We have the twin-turbo engine and, as advertised, it accelerates well. The jury is out on the run-flat tires and nonexistent equipment to change a tire. The car could use more headroom in the rear seats. But there is lots to like as well. The heads-up display is great and I've configured the dashboard to monitor things I want like tire pressure and coolant temperature (among many other possible things). It connects well with my mobile phone and charges while doing this. The basic radio pulls in all sorts of stations. It feels well constructed and I was delighted to learn almost all of the car was made in the US, Canada, or Mexico. It is a pleasure to drive and it induced me to pick up a copy of Aretha Franklin's Freeway of Love singing about her Pink Cadillac, even if mine is white.
