Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

I love this car. It has fast acceleration, luxury ride many safety features that even made my insurance cost decrease. And the work well. It reminds my of My 1989 Pontiac Bonniville SSE. Powerful Luxury

I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

Rides a little stiffer than the Deville. Has a smaller gas tank and lower MPG, but this is the big model available after the Deville was discontinued. If you like the comfort ride, this is your car. I have the Platinum model, and it is decked out. Still trying to find some of the features!

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

Absolutely first class. From the time we walked in the door friendly and very helpful. Every question was answered promptly and any request to see a vehicle was taken care of immediately. We looked at several different models. No pressure to make a decision, our salesperson understood that we needed time to decide what worked for us. This suv is exactly what I was looking for. It has a great exterior and interior appearance. The ride is smooth and very comfortable. The features of this vehicle are just what I wanted.

Visited the dealership a couple of times to see whether I fit in certain vehicles (I'm 6' 7"), and Charles and Garrett were very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful during both visits. I didn't buy anything at the time simply because I didn't fit comfortably in the vehicles I was interested in; but based on how earnest they were, they're a strong contender for when it's time for me make a move on an exotic.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)
