The service was good. The only thing negative issue was that I couldn't used the Maintenance Service Plan that I've purchase from Chevrolet/GMC from a different dealership Chevy Dealer. I was under the impression that I could used the MSP at any Chevy dealer, but I guessed not.

Josh was very thorough in finding out if I had an extended warranty with the company. He was instrumental in helping me understand what was wrong with my Chevy and what to look out for in the future.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

I love this car. It has fast acceleration, luxury ride many safety features that even made my insurance cost decrease. And the work well. It reminds my of My 1989 Pontiac Bonniville SSE. Powerful Luxury

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

This was one of the best buying experiences I've had at any car dealership! Our salesmen Joel was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He went out of his way to take us to another dealership in that same family that had exactly the car that we wanted! He listened to us and considered our wants and needs before recommending the car that we purchased. Thanks to Joel and keep up the good work! While traveling from New York to Florida, I had the unfortunate experience of striking something in the road with my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse. The left front tire deflated and while I was able to get the temporary spare on, I couldn't get to my destination without the original wheel and tire. I called the service department and spoke with Paul. He offered excellent advice, understood my problem and told me to bring the car in the very next morning. The next day, Christian took over my service repair case and had your staff check out my vehicle, wheel and tire. They assured me everything was fine and I was on my way in a timely manner. Both of those service advisors and technician staff took a weight off my shoulders and allowed me and my family to complete our trip. Kudos to all.

This is my second purchase with Mercedes Benz Gainesville and Eric Corley is still THE BEST!!!! Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

I have owned 9 Cadillac’s.and this has been the best one ever. Runs great,rides great and the 35 mpg on the highway is fantastic. Has all the power I need. I would recommend this model to anyone. Rated 5 Star!

I purchased a used vehicle from and noticed it was not driving smoothly. I called and made an appointment. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately. I dealt mainly with Ike Beckwith but everyone was friendly and helpful. Ike kept me up to date and never seemed annoyed with me at my many questions. I now have my car back and it is running great.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

we love the car! being a Cadillac, I figured the fit and finish would be of better quality. driver door was out of line took back to dealer and they made it better, but not perfect. Little disappointed

I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. I haven't drove this one yet but I am so jacked! I'm the pickyest of picking out phones and cars. I will look forever before I finally pick one to take home. I am thrilled about driving this car and I know I won't regret it.
