Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

Our purchase was totally facilated by our sales person Alyson. We went just to test drive one car just to see if we would like to consider it for a future purchase. Alyson was a knowledgeable, low pressure sales person that won us over to buy that day. The dealership was friendly and proficient and a pleasure to do business with.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Went in to get our truck serviced and ended up getting a great deal on a newer truck. We ended up with even more options in our new vehicle and a better deal than we expected. Purchased the SUV in 2014 with 49k miles on it. Dealer replaced front and rear shocks, at 100k I replaced the shocks again. My biggest issue with these vehicles today and not just GM SUVs is the non-reliability of those costly parts. At the dealer you may pay $3,500 or more for shocks, at the Benz dealer a air rear shock will cost you $3,800 for one. Buying a SUV used with high mileage you will be looking at replacing these type of items.

Rides a little stiffer than the Deville. Has a smaller gas tank and lower MPG, but this is the big model available after the Deville was discontinued. If you like the comfort ride, this is your car. I have the Platinum model, and it is decked out. Still trying to find some of the features!
