Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. I am a repeat customer of the service department having my truck serviced a few times through the years. I spoke to Rich in the service dept on the phone about an airbag light, he had an idea right a way of what the issue was, so we brought it in at 5:00 pm and they had it repaired and back to me the next day by 4:00. Great service and staff.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I highly recommend skipping other Mazda dealers in the area and visiting Gordie Boucher Mazda of Janesville. I made the drive down from Madison and couldn’t be happier with my experience buying a new car. They truly make you feel like your business and time is valuable to them. As a salesman, Ron was fantastic to work with. The car I wanted was at another location and they quickly coordinated delivery in only a few hours. He was with me from start to finish ensuring that all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making the sale go smoothly. I scheduled the installation of some accessories and the service manager came into the showroom to introduce themselves and congratulate me on the purchase. There were so many small touches from everyone throughout the buying process that I can’t say enough good things about! Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.

Exceptional!! 2024 Chrysler Pacifica, had problem with loud muffler at times, also the start/stop feature stopped working. I was more concerned about the muffler, but the start/stop was the bigger issue! Mathew and the tech team did a fantastic job on correcting all the issues! I will recommend the service department to everyone!!!

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

This is an update to previous review. I bought the cerma plate protection package but was unhappy with the interior. I took it back and it turned out that nobody even worked on the interior. They did it while I waited. If I hadn't taken it back I would have paid for something I didn't get. The service dept. was a little upset with my mood and attitude, but when they found out no-one had even worked on my interior they were very apologetic and nice about it and thanked me for bringing it to they're attention. I don't like dealers and this is a perfect example of why.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. It was a pleasure working with them. We will consider them 1st on our next purchase. We appreciate you Dart Motors!

Our ESV is my wife’s daily driver and grandson hauler, and it’s proven to be an incredible vehicle for family road trips as well. 46k miles, had a couple of the common issues (trans shudder, CUE failure), but Dimmitt Cadillac provides fantastic service and overall, the ESV is very reliable. Nicely equipped with tech and safety, the interior still looks new, V8 power and 21 mpg at 75mph loaded with people and luggage, and a smooth, quiet ride that just soaks up the miles.

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.
