The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

It was a good experience. The lead sales man was a little on the rough side. But all was good.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

very good . the pm's that werte compleated were checked off and not everey box was checked off like last time . it i see a box checked off and that service was not required or compleated i will go somplace other than your location. a good pm programhave has certain guidelines to fallow. the person compleating the pm's should not check of a pm that he did not comcomplete, and checked off after completion. i hav worked with vehicle pm programe in the U,S MARINES AND U.S Army and U.S Air Force . alos for the city of chicopee for 30 years. it was unacceptable and quite shocking when i picked up my truck to find all pm check boxed checked . this was not my last pm with you but the one befor. ,

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

The service department always meets or exceeds my automobile needs keeping my vehicle safe and dependable.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I’ve been looking for a Cadillac Escalade for over four months and with absolutely nothing local to my area of Upstate NY I felt the need to explore internet searches. From the moment I first saw this vehicle on Cars.Com I was impressed with the ad presented by Foley Motorsports. The video content, detailed description, financials and pertinent data was all at my fingertips for review. My first e-mail correspondence with salesman Greg Ostrander was impressive. With attention to details he was able to guide me through most elements about the vehicle with no second guessing or (let me check on that) type of response. He clearly is understanding of clients needs and looks to provide whatever is necessary to make someone comfortable with the purchasing process. We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

Uncomfortable to have all the men working during my purchasing stare and make uncomfortable comments was horrible. The sales person I worked with was fine and tried his best to make the experience positive.
