A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. I haven't drove this one yet but I am so jacked! I'm the pickyest of picking out phones and cars. I will look forever before I finally pick one to take home. I am thrilled about driving this car and I know I won't regret it.

scoured the internet for 2 years to locate the car that I wanted. Kian motors had the car in their inventory. I took a chance and called Layne Elrod at Kian Motors. He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. The process of buying my car, having it shipped from Texas to Florida, and finalizing the paperwork and payment was very smooth. all because of Layne Elrod. Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

My last 3 cars have been Cadillacs and it is probably the most underrated vehicle in existence. During these same periods we leased 2 BMWs and one Jaguar. None were better then the Cadillacs in any way. All of these cars spent time in the shop. The first BMW on this list spent months away from us because of a problem they could not figure out. Anyway, the Cadillacs had oil changes and a few flat tires. No shop time. The fist and third were 6 cylinders(which got no specific reason I preferred) and the other was a turbo 4. All delivered excellent performance and reasonable economy in the 22-25 MPG range. The electronics are intuitive, stereo is superior, handling and breaking excellent as is the handling. My leade expired and Cadillac doesn’t make a coupe anymore, so I bought the car. Not expecting any issues.

Nathan always gets us in and out with great service! Quick oil change, tire rotation, and air filter were done. This is the only place to go!

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Our ESV is my wife’s daily driver and grandson hauler, and it’s proven to be an incredible vehicle for family road trips as well. 46k miles, had a couple of the common issues (trans shudder, CUE failure), but Dimmitt Cadillac provides fantastic service and overall, the ESV is very reliable. Nicely equipped with tech and safety, the interior still looks new, V8 power and 21 mpg at 75mph loaded with people and luggage, and a smooth, quiet ride that just soaks up the miles.

I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

I'm a Cadillac fan, but this car leaves me a little 'wanting'. There is a weird bumping/knocking noise that comes from the sky roof when I go over 40 mph and the on/off feature when driving drives me a little batty ( but it is easy enough to turn off). My wife has a Lexus that is a 2017 and it rides and handles smoother than my vehicle. It is a beautiful car inside and out and I'll probably buy another Cadillac.

Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Adrian was very helpful with my purchase. I drove from Burleson to the dealership in Addison. When I arrived, the VW beetle was parked out front ready for me to drive. He let my kids and I get in and do a test drive. There were a few things that I requested to be touched up on the car. Everything I requested was completed except for some paint touch ups on the hood and trunk. The car was really clean and I love it! I highly recommend Ally for your next car purchase.

I had been looking within 500 miles for a Lexus RX350 and found a 2015 with only 62000 miles at C3 for only $20,000. After calling about several cars and dealerships, one gets very wary. Patrick answered the phone and verified the car was there. I asked if the price was right and if there were any add-ons because I would be driving an hour to get there. Grubbs Nissan wasted a couple hours of my life with a $3500 increase, paint and upholstery protection xx! I got there, asked for a bid on my car and took a test drive. It looked and drive like new. They were doing paperwork on another so I had to wait. The owner, Larry Craghead, offered me a soft drink and showed me around, We had a nice talk and I could see he was just out to make an honest dollar. I have to say I have never seen a used car lot and building so nice. Yes, they have umbrella awnings over every car as in the picture. I got to Ron, he got me a great interest rate and we signed everything. He did not try to upsell anything except the extended warranty which I refused. I would do business with C3 again in a minute.

Ticket 230312 - R Albin - This review is for the Service Department - which seems to be outstanding! My review may not be typical of their service, because it was my only visit to North Central Ford - but - there service for this visit was superb - especially when contrasted with my experience a week earlier at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton - which was terrible! North Central Ford and the Advisor, Chris Garner, were genuinely responsive, customer focused and attentive to every detail. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and the multipoint inspection for my 2011 Ford Ranger with only 73,000 miles. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me and immediately took my Ranger in for service and returned it to me within in an hour - just as they promised! Unlike 5 Star Ford, which did not meet me at the appointed time, and left me waiting for 20 minutes for a service representative to meet with me. It was like that Seinfeld Episode where Jerry is trying to explain to the rental car manager - what a reservation / appointment is! She clearly didn't know - and - neither does 5 Star Ford! They never showed - and - I left never to return! On the other hand - North Central Ford met me at the appointed time, completed the oil change and inspection and returned my Ranger in record time - because - they actually have a quick oil change service lane and actually do care about pleasing their customers! Since they're that concerned about pleasing their Service customers - I suspect that extends to their Sales Customers as well. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - North Central Ford will by my first call! Recommended!

My car has been great until the info screen went out and the headlight problem on low beams. I can’t drive it at night. To fix these 2 items were going to cost over $4,000!!! Headlights should be a recall but is not. Involved in court I understand.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

The car is exactly what I wanted- no road noise, comfortable ride, easy handling and quick response. Like the radio and instrument controls and the car looks amazing.
