I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

I came in to get my oil changed at 8 AM on a Saturday. They were thorough and quick-just what I needed with three little ones accompanying me. The coffee was fresh and the play room was a welcome spot.

I bought my 2019 xt4 over one year ago with 21K miles now have 30k miles - no problems at all. Runs beautifully, always reliable and very pretty in the red.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

I flew from California to meet my wife to drive a new truck back home (my retirement present). We called on your 2021 GMC 1500 TEXAS Edition that showed was in-transit. Your sales person went out of his way to find this recently delivered vehicle and was able to offer it at similar pricing to what we had already lined up to purchase in San Antonio. Your staff held this vehicle for us without a deposit (which the other dealer wanted/non refundable) while we drove from San Antonio. We arrived expecting high pressure sales pitches and unwanted add-ons. WE GOT NONE OF IT!!! Your team was awesome and we received nothing but excellent service. Your Finance Person/Closer went above and beyond to work with our Credit Union that turned out to be problematic even though we were pre-approved. I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

David Hardcastle selection advisor, was very polite, patient & understanding. He showed me several vehicles in the price range I desired. My trade-in was unsafe to drive, due to David's concern about that he allowed me to test drive 3 vehicles home keeping each over night. The 3rd one a charm! A used 2020 Rogue in excellent condition. Joe the finance manager found a great loaner plus he helped me resolve a situation with Dignifi when it was thought my car could be repaired. Jimmy in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding about my down payment. If I need to buy another car, I will visit GS Nissan as well as GS Mazda. Jason @ Mazda showed me a few vehicles,but were not the right fit. He then introduced me to David Hardcastle. I would buy a vehicle from Jason or David.

During COVID no-one is driving too far however this XT4 is just what I needed to get me around economically and have some fun doing it. I can pack all my golf gear and anything else I need.

I’ve owned Japanese and German luxury cars. Bought the XT4 to try American luxury. You can find plenty of reviews saying good things and bad things about the XT4. At the end of the day, it is a great car (properly loaded). It is not the best bang for the buck. It is a good bang for the buck. My XT4 is fully loaded, and I’m happy with it.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Great Service only issue is time required to get an oil change and tires rotated.
