Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Uncomfortable to have all the men working during my purchasing stare and make uncomfortable comments was horrible. The sales person I worked with was fine and tried his best to make the experience positive.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Super clean location the staff is very friendly. This was the best place ever to chose for buying my first car. The staff is great to talk to and are so helpful and will make sure that the car is in the best condition it can be before you take it off the lot. They were super understanding when I didn't understand something and had my dad help to explain as well. Overall my dad and I had a great experience and we will go back in the future.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Treated fairly with respect and was able to have my mechanic check out the Honda Pilot we purchased. We arrived at an agreed price that was fair. I will shop there again.

Although I did not end up buying a vehicle from Shelby Motor Cars, they have a fairly wide selection of cars with high mileage which was what I was looking for. When you put money down on a vehicle, make sure it is very clear what is to be fixed on the Buyer's Order and ensure everything was done before accepting delivery. My salesman was Peter, he did not return one phone call and my interest started slipping then. I spoke to another salesman, Mo(?), who told me dealer policy is money cannot be EFT'd into dealership's account, so I'd had enough and that killed the deal right there. There seem to be many phone numbers associated with the dealership which is great, but they ALL go unanswered, so what's the point? Again, the cars are what's important, and the vehicles they carry are as good as can be expected with the mileage. If you're on a budget, this appears to be a decent place to go. Apparently you must be willing to be persistent, which I was not.

I’ve been looking for a Cadillac Escalade for over four months and with absolutely nothing local to my area of Upstate NY I felt the need to explore internet searches. From the moment I first saw this vehicle on Cars.Com I was impressed with the ad presented by Foley Motorsports. The video content, detailed description, financials and pertinent data was all at my fingertips for review. My first e-mail correspondence with salesman Greg Ostrander was impressive. With attention to details he was able to guide me through most elements about the vehicle with no second guessing or (let me check on that) type of response. He clearly is understanding of clients needs and looks to provide whatever is necessary to make someone comfortable with the purchasing process. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle this week and was able to get it home to my residence today. No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Hey if you are buying a car stop going up and down because it's worth going to Central Chevrolet. I just bought a 2024 Tahoe and I had an outstanding experience. I felt very comfortable working with Tim Giacalone because he is friendly, knolegeable, and honest. Tim was pretty straightforward, the team from finance are really nice people that go the extra mile to make a difference finding the best rates. I even meet their chocolate lab support dog ; ) Central was transparent. The information about the car was accurate on their website, it was very quick and easy to call, test drive and learn more about the car. For me, Central felt like a wellstablished local company that cares about their customers because they take care of you like family. In the past I had looked for cars dealerships in Boston, Albany, Burlington in Hartford, Danbury down to RI and NJ, but I realize now that it's better to buy local, from the source... Central Chevrolet! I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

Took a two hour drive to look at a car so it was a risky venture considering horror stories you hear other dealers. They had the car I came to see, we made a quick deal with easy negotiations and I only needed to make one more trip back to the dealership to pick up the car. I mentioned a few things that I noticed seemed off a little and the issues were fixed before I picked up the car even though I didn’t demand it. The tank wasn’t full of gas so Gary gave me $20 extra to make up for it. He also had prompt responses to about 20 emails from me. I would highly recommend buying from Meadows!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…
