Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

We recently bought a 2022 Ford Expedition Platinum and had an absolutely outstanding experience with our salesman, Jimmy Fryberger. We have two little kids, so convenience was key for us. We called ahead and explained that we’d be driving two hours to the dealership and really wanted to minimize our time waiting around. Jimmy went above and beyond—he got all our paperwork ready in advance, asked for our IDs and documents beforehand, and made sure everything was set up so that when we arrived, we basically just needed to test drive and sign. The whole process was seamless. He even surprised us with a big bow on the car! The manager also came over to personally check on us, which made us feel valued and welcomed. On top of that, the dealership itself was very kid-friendly, which made the entire experience so much easier for our family. Jimmy also called more than once after the sale to make sure everything was perfect, and even offered to fill our gas tank if we were ever driving by Daytona—just a really nice gesture that shows how much he cares about his customers. I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

Michael in service department is just awesome. He takes care of us as if we were family. I wish everyone would deal with us like that. Some businesses act like we are bothering them for them to take our money. Anyway, I could go on and on. Even Pete the sales manager is a great guy, and greets us in the waiting room like a friend. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

In September of this year I purchased a 2006 GMC Yukon Denali from Bud Lawrence Used Cars, this was a very unique purchase. What makes this purchase so unique was that I purchased the vehicle sight unseen, that’s right “sight unseen”. After in-depth discussions with Bud (Mgr.) obtaining information with specific directed pictures obtained related to this vehicle with all the vehicle history (CARFAX) I decided I wanted to make the purchase, all questions related to the vehicle were answered to my satisfaction , arrangements were made to transport the vehicle to my residence. I can honestly say the vehicle met (exceeded) all my expectations . I would admit buying a car sight unseen is something I would not recommend for everyone however in my case I felt Bud was being very honest and forthright in all our exchanges. This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

Once again, the Gunther service team has far exceeded expitations. I stopped by the Gunther Volvo service department yesterday to inquire about a recent over-the-air update to my car that did not appear to be working correctly. Jerry from service, took one look at it and agreed. Then without my asking, he said they could correct the problem right now if I had the time to spare. I said go ahead and in less than one hour, the software in my Volvo was updated/corrected, car washed, and I was on my way. Now that's what I call service and the reason we have leased 4 Volvo's (soon to be #5) from Gunther of Daytona. In my book, they are terrific. Dick Bielot, Orange City, FL

Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.
