Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

From start to finish I was given excellent service. Dakota assisted me with friendly and enthusiastic customer service. Greg, in the finance department, was also very helpful and friendly. The only issue I have is that the used car that I purchased didn't have an owner's manual. Even though the car was used I feel like an owner's manual should be included in the package. I called a few days after purchase to ask for one, but was told they didn't have one.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

A refreshing auto purchase experience! That is how I describe my purchase of a Jeep Gladiator at AutoSavvy in Wood Cross Utah. This may sound like a glowing review that is because it is! I have had two very poor purchase experiences at two other dealers in SLC which I will mention because I hate them so much (Tim Dahle and Family Auto). Like I said in those reviews, I buy a lot of cars, because I like to, and those companies will never get another purchase from me. As for AutoSavvy, I was helped by Dallen who did a good job getting to the root understanding of what I wanted. Then obviously it came down to trade and price. I didn’t think the deal was going to happen but Hazen, the floor manager stepped in and made the deal happen. Thanks Hazen! I am glad Hazen knows he is in the car selling business and wants to make sales happen. He is an asset to AutoSavvy! Then Carlos did the finance paperwork and there was no xx just the deal as made with Hazen and Dallen. The car I purchased was in Las Vegas, so I had to wait for shipment. There was some delay trouble with the shipping carrier breaking down or perhaps just getting stuck in Vegas because it is Vegas. I decided to go pick up my truck and Hazen again came through for me offering to reimburse me for the plane ticket. On top of that they gave me a ride to the airport. I thought I would never see the reimbursement money for the plane ticket, but THEY KEPT THEIR WORD! What??? A car dealer keeping their word??? Most are sleaze bags but not AutoSavvy. Thanks again Hazen for keeping your word!! When are these other stupid dealers going to learn that if you treat people well you will get more business and good reviews and that is well worth the extra effort. Thanks again to Hazen, Dallen and Carlos for a good auto experience. I will choose AutoSavvy for future car purchases. Clearly, they are willing to go above and beyond.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

Finally a pleasant experience at a car dealership! I had been to a few others first and was discouraged with the whole process. Alex Elranahi at Tim Dahle Infiniti was amazing to work with! He told me he would do everything he could, and really go to work for me to get into this beautiful car. He certainly did. He really listened to me, and asked me the things that were most important to me. He was very knowledgeable about the car, even though it wasn’t an Infiniti. They got me to a payment I was comfortable with, even when other dealers told me the price was non-negotiable. Very happy with my purchase.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

They asked US what WE wanted and OUR budget. Then they pulled each car up to us while we waited in the showroom. No pressures. No price haggling. Superstore inventory on their massive lot. No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity. The 2023 Cadillac escalade is absolutely beautiful, it has more features than anyone needs, (which makes it fun) Nice technology. Beautiful interior finish, beautiful exterior. The only downfall was on delivery we had a cut in some leather that GM stated was not a factory cut and they would not cover it, as well as a scratch in the window that they did cover. I find it frustrating that they so easily can deny any damage to the interior even on the day of delivery! The part is $1500.00 for a small piece of leather armrest, thank goodness Hansen motors in Brigham City were amazing and stated they would take care of it. We love the car, I just wish the Big GM would be a little bit more proud of their delivery and do a little better on the Pre-delivery and have ownership when something maybe wrong.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. The ride is the best ride I ever had I have had many Cadillacs and the comfort is amazing little pricey but well worth it.
