I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Our ESV is my wife’s daily driver and grandson hauler, and it’s proven to be an incredible vehicle for family road trips as well. 46k miles, had a couple of the common issues (trans shudder, CUE failure), but Dimmitt Cadillac provides fantastic service and overall, the ESV is very reliable. Nicely equipped with tech and safety, the interior still looks new, V8 power and 21 mpg at 75mph loaded with people and luggage, and a smooth, quiet ride that just soaks up the miles.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Camaro today and we love it. The car is clean and smooth and the price was just right as well. I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

I have owned 9 Cadillac’s.and this has been the best one ever. Runs great,rides great and the 35 mpg on the highway is fantastic. Has all the power I need. I would recommend this model to anyone. Rated 5 Star!

Had a fair and easy negotiation on a used car. Adrian in sales was great! Ally paid for my Uber to pickup the car. After I drove car for several days and ~100 miles check engine light came on. Needed catalytic converter. I asked Adrian if Ally if could help, and they paid for the repair!

Car is great to drive, room in the front and back. Handles great on the highway. Looks as good as it drives- a must buy.

I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

I just perched this SUV and I like it alot it's a very nice machine I'm glad I bought it. This thing got some go to it she handles great. I made her do fish tails on take off it was a test since I'm a test driver and she passed the test.

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

My car has been great until the info screen went out and the headlight problem on low beams. I can’t drive it at night. To fix these 2 items were going to cost over $4,000!!! Headlights should be a recall but is not. Involved in court I understand.

My last 3 cars have been Cadillacs and it is probably the most underrated vehicle in existence. During these same periods we leased 2 BMWs and one Jaguar. None were better then the Cadillacs in any way. All of these cars spent time in the shop. The first BMW on this list spent months away from us because of a problem they could not figure out. Anyway, the Cadillacs had oil changes and a few flat tires. No shop time. The fist and third were 6 cylinders(which got no specific reason I preferred) and the other was a turbo 4. All delivered excellent performance and reasonable economy in the 22-25 MPG range. The electronics are intuitive, stereo is superior, handling and breaking excellent as is the handling. My leade expired and Cadillac doesn’t make a coupe anymore, so I bought the car. Not expecting any issues.

I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.
