I financed the 2012 cts4 luxury pkg in early 2021 with 50k miles on it with one previous owner and have just recently paid it off and now have fully owned this for about 6 months. This is my first vehicle, so while I have nothing to compare it to in terms of previous cars I’ve owned, I still must say this car has been absolutely amazing for me. Compared to other cars I’ve driven, including a few BMWs, Benz, etc. this one has truthfully been my favorite. The very first thing I noticed when test driving it was how insanely smooth this ride was. I was honestly blown away because I have never driven a car with this smooth of a ride. To add to this, I personally love the style. My personal vehicle is the black raven exterior with a beige interior. There is also the polished wood on doors and dash which I love. The only thing I have added to this car was the Apple CarPlay boss radio, which for me is a necessity as I can’t live without my own playlists and easy navigation. I feel like this also helped to modernize the car a bit since I do have am older model (2012). The biggest problem I had with it so far was a fuse under the hood controlling the fan which was literally a 5 min fix and costed me $60. Have not had a single problem since this fix. I have driven it about 20k miles now for about 18 months and am currently around the 70k mile range. Hopefully as there is more wear and tear it can give the same reliability and performance that I have enjoyed up to this point. Other than that, beautiful sunroof, decent amount of space in the cabin, large trunk, good acceleration, nice HP for a vehicle with no after market performance enhancers considering this car is around 300hp stock and a nice V6 engine. As I was rating this car, I was genuinely trying to think of something more constructive criticism towards it, but I truthfully have rated this vehicle to the best of my ability. Keep in mind this is from 50k-70k miles so far and this is the 2012 vehicle being rated in 2022. One last thing I would like to add considering the gas crisis that is going on as of now, this car has good mpg which is around 20 with an 18 gallon tank. Once the low fuel alert comes on, you still have about 50 miles before gas is really in dire need. Overall, really love this vehicle and I hope that this review helps.

I have owned 9 Cadillac’s.and this has been the best one ever. Runs great,rides great and the 35 mpg on the highway is fantastic. Has all the power I need. I would recommend this model to anyone. Rated 5 Star!

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

Purchased this 16 YEAR OLD car on 1-20-2016 with 111,000 mileage for $9000. Now has 188,000 miles on it. Had one repair for $2,900 and two around $2,000 since then related to engine performance (flywheel..yikes!) but factor in cheap insurance with NO LOAN PAYMENTS for years, i've actually OWNED this car for years. Book value is close to nothing but mechanical value is priceless at this point. Plan to run it to the ground or perhaps recondition it at this point. Would like to keep it till it hits 250K if possible just for fun and gigills.

Stands out for luxury. “TRY FINDING THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY!” 1st northstar powered car I’ve owned. Son gave it to me at 84,000 miles. I have several trouble lights yet it starts and runs fine the last 7,000 miles. Plenty of room allows my gf to put footprints on the windshield. Rides smooth. Selling bc it’s to low, I’m a pickup man, they have larger beds. Parts I’m replacing are 1-both rear window motors,2-clockspring,3-front &rear shocks,4-camshaft position sensor5-spark plugs.

I found it difficult to make an appointment on the phone. Many calls no answer! I made the appointment in person at the service desk with Alyssa in the afternoon, that went well. Later that afternoon and evening I got text messages asking if I wanted valet service which I agreed to. The next morning when I had my appointment, I didn?t hear from the valet and called Courtesy Ford to find out the text messages came from AI ( Daisy) and had not been scheduled with the service department. That was a bit troublesome having to make a later appointment with valet and the service department. Once that was done everything went well. The valet people kept me well informed as to their arrivals and was much appreciated .

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I purchased a 2004 Deville in 2004. I had this auto until 2018 At 54,000 miles the block cracked on it. I had it for 14 years and it was the best car I ever owned. I’m kicking my self cause I should have put a new engine in it. My Deville was a special edition with a rag top and special grill, chrome over wheel wells, etc. I do regret getting rid of it. It was a beautiful auto.

Bought this 2012 CTS4 w/ Performance package on eBay for a deal even with 182,000 miles it runs like a new and a bear the last guy put a aftermarket exhaust and a tune on it.(redlines @ 7500 in sport mode) And being 60 I feel like I'm 17 in my 72 Vette again. It handles like a dream weather I'm going 60 or 150 mph the car handle's like a race car I just wish I had the money to get a CTS V. I would recommend this car to anyone that wants to relive their youth. It's just so much fun when u c one up against some Young kid whit his hopped up car with the AWD it just takes off leaving them at the light. All I can say is if u want to have some fun or just take the wife out for the night u need to get yourself one. Live & love life it's shorter than u think.
