This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with two ELCO Chevy's, one 10 yr old Tahoe and a two-year-old Trailblazer that my children didn't want I felt it best to combine the trade-ins and purchase a new Tahoe that will take me another 10 years, providing me not only transportation but the security I need moving forward. I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. Our ESV is my wife’s daily driver and grandson hauler, and it’s proven to be an incredible vehicle for family road trips as well. 46k miles, had a couple of the common issues (trans shudder, CUE failure), but Dimmitt Cadillac provides fantastic service and overall, the ESV is very reliable. Nicely equipped with tech and safety, the interior still looks new, V8 power and 21 mpg at 75mph loaded with people and luggage, and a smooth, quiet ride that just soaks up the miles.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Was in and out with my new truck in less than two hours. In that time we took three different trucks out for a test drive, was approved for our loan with a much better interest rate than we were anticipating and they processed our trade in with a very reasonable offer. We had a very rambunctious 2 year old with us as well as our 8 year old and they were very accommodating and understanding. They had Capri suns for the kids and turned on cartoons for them also. Out of our recent car buying experience this was the best by far! I hope we don?t need another vehicle soon but if we do this will be our first place to go. It was an hour drive but very worth it.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.
