I would like to thank the service department for honoring my rim warranty. I brought my truck there while I was getting new tires and wanted my rims to get refinished at the same time because I paid for the warranty when I purchased the vehicle and the service wasn’t available at that time. They told me to bring it back. I brought it back almost a year later and my warranty was up. They completed the rim repair and I didn’t have to pay for the service to be done. ZERO cost to the customer!!!! Nucar puts the customer first!!!! Thank You again for the service and consideration!!!!! I will continue to purchase vehicles there as well as getting them serviced 👍🇺🇸

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Stoneham ford is a great dealership. I bought my stang from them in 2008 they have been my go to team since then. Oil changes etc.

Hands-down, best used car dealership out there. Daughter, looking for a Volvo C 30 and hit the jackpot. Not only was Tony very responsive, so many things were addressed and fixed prior to us even asking. He even drove the car for quite a bit to make sure everything was fine and when there was an issue discovered with the front end, it was immediately addressed. I would absolutely drive back out to purchase another used vehicle, very honest and goes the extra mile! Very satisfied with the entire transaction.

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

He helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted, which was located at another dealership and would need to be shipped, and I had planned to go to the dealership to sign paperwork for a new 2026 GLC300 Coupe. On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

I can't say enough about how great my experience was from the salesman to the finance manager. They worked with me, without all the pressure, and I drove out with my new vehicle in 48 hours. A+ dealership
