A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

I want to tell all of Pauly from Phoenix' friends that Pauly must be confused! I had no trouble what-so-ever in dealing with Kevin at Jabers. He was not just friendly, but went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible. We drove from Tucson to purchase a 2003 Cad DeVille, sight unseen, but armed with the Carfax report and the honest, verbal opinions Kevin gave us over the phone. We negeotiated the agreeable price over the phone and Kevin was kind enough to wait 2 hours past closing for us to make the trip. Good customer service follow-up by checking in to make sure we made it home safe that night! What Used Car Dealer would go out of his way like that? (I know, a sale was involved, but still, Kevin went above and beyond what was expected.) Had the opportunity to look at Jabers other vehicles and they had some nice ones all at fair prices! Bottom line, don't listen to Pauly from Phoenix...give Kevin and Jabers a fair shot when you need a new used car. They are fair and easy to deal with and all round nice people!

No joke they literally returned $700 to me due to an error my lender made that I nor my lender would have ever noticed had they not brought it to my attention. Prior to the sale they also delivered the car to my choice inspection shop 10 mins away with no hassle, then covered the one issue found prior to the sale. I negotiate for a living and know my way around a car so I was ready for some serious haggling but the entire process was no xx. The price out the gate was more than fair, the car was in proper condition and they addressed every single one of my concerns promptly for over a week via messenger, texting, email and phone. I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

We have been running class 1-3 work trucks for 30 years. This Nissan is the best we've had, EVER. In terms of no-fuss, no repairs, nothing to think worry about. It's very comfortable on the highway. The long pickup truck type of nose makes urban maneuvering less appealing than the competitors, but that would be my only gripe. I recommend getting the V-8. It's a very smooth engine and does not consume much more fuel than the V-6. These trucks average 12-13 MPG, depending on high vs. low roof. We tow very heavy trailers with this truck on occasion and it handles it fine. We are at 110,000 miles with Zero repairs!

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
