I recently purchased a new vehicle from MB Springfield and had a good experience. After doing some research we were able to find the exact match I was looking for. In the long run I used my credit union because the interest rate was lower than their best interest rates; the process was smooth and accomplished in 15 minutes or so! Stopped into Continental Auto after seeing a car here on cars.com that I was interested in. I emailed and corresponded with Rob and scheduled a test drive. I brought along my girlfriend and close-friend who is also my mechanic. Rob let us take the car out on our own for almost an hour with no objections and no rush. Buying process was soon. Did very minimal haggling as the price was very fair. Rob was available with answering any questions that I or my mechanic had (he did a lot of the talking because this was the first time I purchased a car and was rather clueless). The next process was where Continental shined in terms of service. Since i live in Boston and didn't have a car, I was limited in returning to the dealership to sign the title as well as the rest of the necessary documents. Steve and I coordinated for one of their employees to pick me up at a nearby commuter rail station and shuttle me back to the dealership and they lent me a car to go to the RMV in nearby Milford and get my plates. All around nice experience. Would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a used car.

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
