Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

Buying a car is a big deal - it requires an investment of time and of course money. This can be a stressful experience, but I will say that my recent experience at this dealership was 5 star! This is for Ricart Business which is the site just across the street from the large new/used cars dealerships. This site repairs large business truck and motor homes. I have used their services for recalls and repairs on my Winnebago motorhome in ver past 3 years. The work is always first class and some has been warranty work without charge to me, and some non-warranty. The greatest thing about this part of Ricart(I don’t know the other part) is their warm and welcoming helpful way of doing business on phone and in person. They always want help me and do it right away and never make me feel like I’m interrupting them or they’re doing me a favor just to work for me. Can’t think of how to improve my experiences with them.

My husband and I were shopping for a used car and found a great Jeep Grand Cherokee that we purchased from Andy Peabody. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

My 2017 Escape had paint peeling on pillars and roof. Jimmie the body shop manager took care of the problem. Gave me a loaner while my car was in shop. He and his crew did an excellent job. Highly recommend the Krieger Body Shop.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive
