Very nice car lot. Didn't pressure me at all, and were willing to work with me a bit on the price. Best part is how clean the car was. Everything was spotless, even the spare tire in the trunk.

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.
