We bought a Ford Transit 10 passenger van from Hershey's Auto Inc and it was such a pleasant experience. Joel, our salesman, was easy to work with and gave us lots of space with the vehicle to make sure that it was really the right fit for us. There was no pressure to buy! When we did choose to go through with the purchase, we were in and out of the office in under an hour and wondering how on earth they could make the experience so much easier and smoother than any other dealer that we have worked with. This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

This vehicle had everything I wanted, but one draw back it had been used to pull a 5th wheel so there were wholes in the bed.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
