My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Josh was great! I called in morning...to pickup windshield wipers...picked up later in the day....and Josh helped to remove the damaged wipers and put on the new ones, he didn't have to do that. I appreciative the help and kindness. Thank you Gina Tedesco

I bought a 2009 Colorado super clean with very low miles great deal got rear ended by a young kid lost my Chevy bought a 2011 ford F150 from Joe with very low mileage, had a few issues that Joe snd Zack took care of right away!! I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

As a first-time car buyer from this dealership, I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Due to the distance from where I live and the location of the dealership, I did not personally visit and see the car up close before I purchased it. The sales personnel were extremely accommodating when answering questions about the car. They provided pictures and live videos of the interior, exterior and even my request to view of the undercarriage! Sick and tired of the hail divots on my hood and trunk lid of my beautiful old Lexus. Spoke to Kimo and Jeff in DeLacy bodyshop. They gave me an incredible estimate to not only fix the hail damage, but blend the lower rocker panels and roof top as well the was sun damaged(Florida car). They took their time, informing me daily on the status and a week later Kimo asked me to come in and It was Gorgeous! It looks like a new car! Great work, super nice guys, the price was amazing! I can't recommend this shop and these guys enough.
