I had been looking for a Heavy Duty RAM Cummins for a month or so and Executive had (2) that I was interested in a 3500 and a 2500. I contacted the dealership via an email and the internet salesperson replied promptly. I then went to the dealership where I was introduced to Rich my salesperson. We took each truck for a test drive so that I could decide which one was the best fit. Once I made the decision, they evaluated my leased truck and made me an offer $1100 more than what the buyout of the lease was. Things were then turned over to Chris the Finance Manager and he worked his magic to get me a great rate with the payment that I had asked for. Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. By Wednesday evening I was home with the car! AMY was a professional, the business did what they said. No Gimmicks, no false promises, no issues!

Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Patience, just a little patience - and you'll be treated right too. All the best to customers in need of a new used vehicle!

Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.
