My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

The sales people were very responsive. The only obstacle to completing the deal was they wouldn’t match Carvana’s price for my trade in and I wanted to get everything done in one neat package.
