As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

My car was recalled for emissions repair. Ford picked up my vehicle, the work was completed and returned it to me in a timely manner.

I was treated very fairly and with courtesy. The choice of vehicles was great and my trade in value for my truck was more than fair.

So glad we came to stoneham ford to look for a car. This is what all dealerships should be like! We came not knowing exactly what we wanted, and Dave helped talk us through the different bronco options/levels & add ons. He was not pushy at all and extremely patient with me. i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
