I've been with the Nissan dealership and service unit for more than 15 years now I've purchased two brand new cars within that time and I've always been pleased with the courteous and professionalism that the staff render whenever I visit which is quite a bit because I'd like to stay on top of suggested service for my vehicle My service advisor for the past 2 years has been Israel and also the long-term supervisor of the actual service area Leslie always give courteous and professional as well as knowledge assistance to my needs I'm very very pleased and I don't let anyone else service my vehicle I always take it back to Mike Rezi Nissan very nice dealership on the Nalley Way in Doraville, Georgia. My service from Andy Sayers at RBM of Alpharetta was excellent -- and continues to be after the purchase. We visited a few other Mercedes dealerships first before meeting Andy at RBM of Alpharetta; there was no comparison. Andy was patient, extremely knowledgeable and not once did we feel any pressure to buy. It was a truly genuine and consultative experience from start to finish.
