This was the "best" experience I ever had buying a car!!! From the start I felt taken care of. Les the manager was very helpful and accommodating. He even offered to pick me up from the bus stop if needed. After the sale I had some minor concerns with the vehicle. He made sure all was checked out and fixed. Payless guarantees their cars and has a great staff that TRUELY made my experience a positive one! They prove that all used car lots and salesmen are sketchy and not honest, but not this one!!!! We have been running class 1-3 work trucks for 30 years. This Nissan is the best we've had, EVER. In terms of no-fuss, no repairs, nothing to think worry about. It's very comfortable on the highway. The long pickup truck type of nose makes urban maneuvering less appealing than the competitors, but that would be my only gripe. I recommend getting the V-8. It's a very smooth engine and does not consume much more fuel than the V-6. These trucks average 12-13 MPG, depending on high vs. low roof. We tow very heavy trailers with this truck on occasion and it handles it fine. We are at 110,000 miles with Zero repairs!

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

They held the car I liked and gave me time to save up for the down payment. There were a few issues with the Jeep in the first 3 weeks (the check engine light went on for a few different reasons) but when I brought it to them they fixed each problem as quickly as they could and gave me some advice on how to maintain the car better moving forward. Thankful they honored their warranty and took care of me before and after I made my purchase!

Good vehicle for my electrical business but having transmission issues not Shifting in automatic but ok in manual mode. Goes up to 30 mph then won't shift to next gear have to use manual mode

This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.
