I was interested in a vehicle (2014 Acura ILX) listed on cars.com and made an inquiry as to the availability of the vehicle. I received an immediate response from Jeremy and we made arrangements for me to come and check out the car. When I arrived, Jeremy was waiting and the the vehicle was ready for me to test out. I did purchase the vehicle and the entire process, arranging for financing and all the associated paper, probably took just around an hour. Overall, excellent customer service and I am very happy with my purchase.

Despite some very negative reviews, I tried this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. I came prepared for bad things because of the warnings in the reviews. I found that they are not the bad guys the reviews suggested. They were very upfront about the vehicle, which was exactly as represented, about their post-sale responsibility (vehicles sold as is) and did not try any bait and switch. Johnny Lee was very helpful and sincere. Only two complaints - 1. after the deal was made it was two more hours before we were able to leave the dealership (i have had this same experience almost every time i have purchased a vehicle, so nothing different here) 2. Their price is no-haggle (I think this is actually good, I hate to haggle, I just wish I had known that before I tried to haggle.) I do not hesitate to recommend them and I would go back. Those bad reviews? I don't know but I suspect those supposed buyers didn't do their homework before shopping, and need someone to blame for the mistake they made. Or else they just like bad mouthing others.

As a first-time car buyer, I did extensive research as well as visit several dealerships in multiple different areas. Becks auto group stood out and by far gave the best overall experience without the hassle of a typical used car dealer. Sam and Doug made the process informative, transparent, and professional. I drove my car off their lot a month ago and could not be happier with its performance and use. There was some miscommunication with my trade in but nothing to diminish my overall experience. I was searching for a secondary car to keep the mileage down on my primary one. Theis Motor Company had a 2007 Cadillac DTS listed here on Cars.Com. I contacted them, speaking with Mike, Sr. letting him know I was coming to look at it. The car was as they represented on the website, all the staff was very polite and professional.
