We had a great experience buying our 2025 Ford Escape at Apple Ford Shakopee. The Senior Sales Rep, Tim Baird, was so professional and helpful and treated us like family. He went out of his way to explain many features of the vehicle that are new to us. We are senior citizens and were blessed to have Tim take care of us.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Five out of Five Stars plus ! We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. Purchased this vehicle as an alternative to the AWD SUV I had planned on getting. Was very reluctant at first but ended up making the deal. Wanted an AWD SUV to start doing road trips across America starting in 2019. Gave it 5 STARS Reliability, but C-Mon it only has 300 miles on it so look at longer term owners for a Reliability score. Family ended up needing a vehicle capable of being used part time as a wheelchair ramp vehicle, and the Promaster had the lowest load floor of the full size vans. So that's what I looked at and ended up purchasing. Got the 136" wheelbase high roof, and after owning it a couple weeks went from meh to absolutely loving this vehicle. It felt huge at first, you sit higher than 4x4 1 ton trucks, and it's over 6' wide internally! Yet despite it's intimidating factor it still fits if just barely into any normal parking spot! It's the perfect size for a non commercial user like me, tons of room internally but can park anywhere. I've owned tons of new and used trucks over the years and even I was a bit iffy driving this at first. Poor visibility as it has no windows out back, but the great side mirrors and backup camera quickly took away that intimidation factor. Now it feels just like a very tall Minivan and I can drive it around parking lots with ease. What amazes me even after a few hundred miles is the turning circle! I swear it has a tighter turning circle than my 2014 Nissan Altima that's my daily driver! It's insane how it can make U-Turns and swing around in parking lots so easily. Finally the more I look over the vehicle the more I love how they built it. They claim it's the easiest and cheapest commercial van to service and maintain and I'm a believer now. Fuel Pump access is under a cover in the cab, and almost everything for normal maintenance and repair is easily accessed via floor hatches or under the hood. The interior is very odd looking but functional, the Ford has a much nicer looking Dashboard layout though. I do have to say though this Promaster's dashboard feels very durable and just makes it feel like a big rig compared to a wagon like the Fords did. I may be weird but I like feeling like I'm driving a Big Rig and ended up even loving that. Really my only complaint for the vehicle is the interior paint. I've hauled a few things so far and I swear the paint on the interior floor scratches just looking at it! I have ordered Hurculiner to roll onto the floor and wheel housings so I never had to worry about it again. Plan on doing 3 coats just to give it a nice thick barrier to protect the metal. Didn't really want to buy this 'Stupid Bug-eyed Van' as I called it at first... But good god I've ended up falling in love with it's useful design quirks and honestly fun to drive around high seating position! I swear I feel I could put anything in it and it would haul it without complaint, and the lower load floor has no step on the side or back doors and is level all the way across.

We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

They made us feel at home, without pressure. Buying the car was a breeze. Although they used the paper forms, it was way less time than the last car I bought with electronic signatures - they were so organized and efficient. The car was super clean. Definitely worth the trip out to Rogers to get the car I wanted.

bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.
