I recently purchased a used Mercedes from Autobahn Motors. Our salesman, Mike Nazari, was absolutely the best! He sent me background information on the car before I arrived, had the car ready for me to see and showed us several alternatives upon my request. The dealership has so many cars on the lot it would be hard not to find what you are looking for at Autobahn Motors. We ended up buying the original car we had selected. Mike made the entire process very easy and followed up with us several times after we returned home just to make sure things were going OK. Overall, it was a great experience.

Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!

I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

From the initial contact in the evening to driving home in a new car before noon the following day. Cody Elemen was great, ( laid back, no pressure and efficient). He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. Flat tire. GMC worked me in. I received a loaner vehicle so I could finish my errands. Within 2 hours, my tire was repaired and I was on my way.

EVERY THING WENT GREAT AND I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT SERVICE VISIT.

We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Our service writer Zejna Dubinovichas has restored our faith in the Ford Brand (Lincoln is owned by Ford). Beginning with the first person who answered the phone, continuing when transferred to the service department and assisted there, the entire experience of people working at Normandin was impressive - very helpful, friendly and professionally handled from beginning to end; a wonderful group of people! i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

The 2010 sprinter cargo van is a beast. It can handle more cargo and weight than most other vans of similar size. And the dually ones are unique in that it is almost impossible to find anything that is the equivalent on the market. The diesel requires a little warm up time if it is cold outside but not much and is not a concern. The engine can go 500k miles though and is low maintenance. High ceiling, articulating doors, slide side door for space saving tight cargo loading and wide enough to fork lift pallets into the back and side. And the dually tire setup not only gives you better load capability but gives you better stability on the road. Overall I recommend the Sprinter Van.

I leased a 17 VW Jetta! I was amazed by the lease special they had, usually when something is to good to be true it isn't, but in this case it was exactly what Ii saw online! Abby was very helpful and a delight to work with. I will definitely come back and buy another car once my lease is up.

I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
