My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

Hauling all the gear you can imagine for a family trip or camping, or just a great gas saving commuter that seats 5...this is a great all-around low-cost vehicle to own. The high seating position was good for my back, and excellent visibility.

Trent Nipper was the sales consultant on each of the two transactions and I have found him to be an excellent resource - helpful, thorough, and knowledgable. Despite some very negative reviews, I tried this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. I came prepared for bad things because of the warnings in the reviews. I found that they are not the bad guys the reviews suggested. They were very upfront about the vehicle, which was exactly as represented, about their post-sale responsibility (vehicles sold as is) and did not try any bait and switch. Johnny Lee was very helpful and sincere. Only two complaints - 1. after the deal was made it was two more hours before we were able to leave the dealership (i have had this same experience almost every time i have purchased a vehicle, so nothing different here) 2. Their price is no-haggle (I think this is actually good, I hate to haggle, I just wish I had known that before I tried to haggle.) I do not hesitate to recommend them and I would go back. Those bad reviews? I don't know but I suspect those supposed buyers didn't do their homework before shopping, and need someone to blame for the mistake they made. Or else they just like bad mouthing others.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
