I went in for an Oil change and tire rotation. They always check all fluid levels too. The exterior of my vehicle was inspected with a walk around assessment by the Service Advisor before the service began.

We love everything about Gorno, Ford. The only problem is there Customer Care communication getting in touch with the customer to let them know what is going on with the vehicle. They need to work on that very much.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.
