We purchased a truck in Jan 25 and on the way to bring it home we encountered some issues with the truck, error codes and other issues making it undrivable once we arrived home. The entire group at Family including the owner worked very hard to make it right and was able to fix the issues. They transported the truck back to the dealership and worked with their mechanical group to fix the issue. No one was more valuable in the process than Terry with NextGen Automotive. Terry went above and beyond in this very long process. He was so professional and worked tirelessly until he and his team were able to find and fix the issue. Terry kept us up to date and still reached out even when the news he had was not so favorable. Terry also transported the vehicle back to us in a different state once it was finally operational. Terry is without a doubt the only reason things went so well in this ordeal. He is a true asset to both organizations. We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.
