Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

I wish to thank everyone involved that made the purchasing experience for my 2025 Ford Explorer ST such a breeze. Stephanie Fernandez listened to my desires and provided me with an opportunity to view several different vehicles with similar options. Lukasz Lupa, likewise, presented various options for financing and took the time to explain each one in detail. My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Salesperson Mark Gurgone was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The experience of buying a car is stressful, but I left feeling like I hadn’t gotten taken to the cleaners. I would work with him again.

Good for transporting more than 8 people at one time! With 7 kids, my wife and I found it reliable, yet a little disappointing on the interior design :( For a 2008 family/church van it could use a little added "comfort" and accessorizing. Needs more cup holders, sturdier construction (simple parts easily break or malfunction like plastic cover over seat belt, door handles on front passenger side and sliding door). Good for pulling a medium-sized speed boat w/no problems!! Great for allowing a family of 8-9 spread out on long trips with decent amount of cargo space. Could be better on seat comfort/design and removability for those times when you want to carry something "inside" the van but don't want to stack on top of all 3 bench seats. Overall give it a 3.8 to 4.0 rating. Probably spoiled because I've owned 2005 Honda Odyssey and 2006 Toyota Sienna which meet all of the above needs except more than 8 passengers. Honda and Toyota will be my first choice unless I need to transport more than 8 at a time.

This is a stable van, very roomy, and has a lot of engine power. Even on icy roads the traction is secure.

The Ford Transit 250 I have, 3.7 V6, 4:10 diff, High Roof Extended Body, is awesome! It is very dependable, and keeps my business making money. Pros:Power, Dependability, Comfort, Ease of Interior Control functions, Excellent Range of View from the Drivers seat. Awesome Heater in the Winter, as per usual for Ford. BEST THING about my Ford Transit, is the level of Service provided by my local dealer service department “Ray VARNER Ford, in Clinton Tennessee. From the initial purchase experience with the Sales Team, to regular servicing (oil changes & tire rotations) with Service Team, they are simply the best! Much better, and more reasonable than the former German owned brand that I had at a much higher cost overall. (Can you say $10k in service over 3 years of ownership with the German 3.0 Turbo Diesel to keep rolling....Ouch!) Cons:There needs to be better Gas & Brake Pedal Clearance for Contractors oversized Boots/Footwear. I sometimes find one of my Boots trapped beneath a pedal if I rest it on the floor momentarily. The front steering feedback from the road is a bit too light for my liking, but I run almost at 9,000 pounds at all times, very close to the GVWR, and the tires up front feel as though they are struggling to maintain road contact while on a winding road. The Air Conditioning while excellent as usual for Ford (Very Cold Air) could use another higher blower speed, as the AC struggles to cool to the levels of comfort of other brands, and models (even Fords) that I’ve experienced in the past. The 148” wheelbase needs to extended to 170” as on some steeper driveway or parking lot entrances the rear bumper corners will contact the pavement surface (drag), and slightly damages (scrapes/scratches) the underside of the bumper. I did not have this issue while driving the same approaches in a previous vehicle that had a 170” wheelbase, and an approximately 20” longer body. Lastly the standard sized Alternator should provide more output, without upgrading to the high output Alternator. My reasoning is that my Interior L.E.D Lights should not dim down while idling with the 4-way flashers on. Lastly, the Start Battery/Batteries under the drivers seat are difficult to access. I added a second battery to mine, and had to remove the drivers seat to install. When it comes time to replace the battery, I can only imagine how much downtime I will experience changing out a battery compared to one that is mounted traditionally under the hood. (Keep things simple/don’t Over Engineer items) Things I would like on my next new Ford Transit 250/350 1. 170” Wheelbase. 2. 20” longer extended body. 3. Higher Output Standard Alternator. 4. More weighted front end steering feedback/feel with a loaded vehicle weight. 5. AC/Heater Blower extra high speed selection. 6. High Roof front and rear high mounted sensors to alert with a separate sounding tone/buzzer to alert when approaching building awnings or overhangs. I’ve never hit anything (yet) but find it difficult to judge if the roof will clear a customers awning or roof overhang. Another option would be to mount a front high roof camera, and an option to change the viewing of the rear mounted camera, from looking down to the bumper, to projecting straight back to a building awning/overhang. 7. Start/Accessory Batteries properly located under the hood in the Engine Compartment. Overall this is the best, most dependable vehicle for work that I have ever owned, and will definitely be buying more Ford Transit 250/350’s in the future even if there are no changes made to the current platform. Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing here again.

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

If you want a cheap yet capable vehicle that can haul and tow anything than this is a good vehicle for you. The van is relatively comfortable but not luxurious. The rear beam suspension makes bumps turn into jitters. The engine is strong enough if the van is empty, but as you start to pile things in, the passing acceleration is decreased. The cabin does have minor wind noise but not too much tire noise. The seats pletny supportive enough for a van but I wouldn't recommend driving for very long distances while sitting in them as they aren't amazing. Mine is almost fully loaded and had an MSRP of $44,949. The transmission is a six speed auto which has enough gears most of the time, but sometimes when you put your foot down, the kickdown is slow.

Looking forward to the Ford experience. But so far I'm very happy with my new purchase. If I had to leave a review based on the test drive and the drive home, I love the way it handles.
