I live in Michigan and purchased a vehicle recently, sight unseen. Jeff was very pleasant to work with. I had the car delivered and found it just as he described. I think I got an exceptional value. The vehicle was delivered to my house earlier than promised.

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

It was a good van & ran well. But I'm looking for a newer van than the 2007 Cargo Express 1500 that I currently have and don't need anything larger.

Comfortable, spacious vehicle for transporting the family. Classic original Chevy Express style chairs that are deep set and awesome for long road trips. We used for a camping trip this summer and even fitted a queen size mattress in with a bed frame with plenty of storage space. The van has great mileage for a van of its size, around 20mpg, and is in great condition after we tuned it up this summer. Engine runs smoothly and it handles great. Clean title in hand with bill of sale. Selling as I have left the country, the wagon is in my girlfriend's mom's name.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
