Moe & the other guys are very inviting at this dealer! The location isn't hard to find off a main road. Their prices seem to be fair from what you see in the area & they even will help you obtain financing through a local bank. Highly recommend you check theses guys out!

These vans are better built than the competition. Granted Sprinters require a higher level of maintenance and a mechanic who is experienced with these vans. Also parts will cost more but they will outlast any other van if properly maintained.

I will say that the owner does go above and beyond to deliver quality and ensure his customers are satisfied. Even though we did buy a used vehicle without a guarantee, the owner exceeded our expectations by making sure the small issue we did experience after purchase was promptly addressed. This Sprinter is great. I have a sharpening shop set up in the van. It is roomy, I can stand up inside. The rear doors open fully and fold back to magnetic clips on the sides. Tremendous air flow through. I get 22 MPG in all sorts of driving. The vehicle handles very well and the brakes stop better than any van I have had. I have driven this van for a year (20,000 miles) and had no trouble. The only negative is not many Dodge dealers service the sprinter. That can be a problem.

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle.
