I give 4 starts because I was not able to talk to anyone after the service. I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

I use my C/V for a bicycle hauler, its great, alarm system means my expensive bikes are safer then in the house. Lots of room for bikes and gear, I also use it to haul stuff around for yard work, Mine is arrest me red, I put on black/alum American mag wheels, get compliments everyday. Fuel mileage is very good. Ride is good. I drove the Transit Connect before buying the C/V, not even close in comfort, getting on the freeway, floor space, 283 hp is amazing.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.
