Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Purchased the 15 passenger Express 3500 to carry around my 6 standard poodles. Traded my 2002 Chevrolet Express 1500. The 2002 was a great van. Test drove all models and opted for the 320hp 6.0L V8. Much better pickup and torque. The suspension is heavy duty and seems very firm over bumps in the road. The van feels extremely solid on the highway cruising along at 80mph. Gas mileage in the city is about 11.5 mpg. Gas mileage on the highway going a steady 65 is about 22.5 mpg. Good value if you need lots of usable space.
