Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. It is an excellent truck. The interior color and design is absolutely gorgeous. I really like the blue granite metallic exterior color. The slow motion tailgate is really nice. The gas mileage has been around 19-20 which is pretty good for a full-size truck.

This is our 2nd time leasing a car from Kates Ford. Our saleswoman Danielle was great not pushy and very friendly. Me and my family had been customers of another Ford dealership in NJ for over 50 years but they dropped the ball.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I was driving by this dealership and was happy to find it here on Cars.com too and now have a hub to their inventory on my favorite Car site! I am an online car shopping junkie of a sort and when I do decide to move on my next Used vehicle I will check Dover Used Car Center first because when I walked in I was treated as a person and not a target! I initially went on cargarus to look for another used vehicle; Shane was the 1st person from many dealerships I was looking through from many different vehicles. The car I test drove was great though my credit wasn't that great nor did I have a co-signer. What he did though was contacted me immediately when he had a vehicle around price range, asked my thoughts & most importantly spoke to bank as my down payment was low and gave me a decent price for my trade-in amongst many more other benefits. I had never had anyone work with me rather against when it came to buying a car as much as he did and boss.. I will def keep going back in future, overall I am a happy customer & when it comes to service on vehicle you definitely don't feel like your being robbed. Customer service in all areas is way better than alot of places in this Era.. :)

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
