Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Everyone was friendly. Took care of what needed to be done. Didn't have to wear a mask. Made sure i was ok and didn't need anything since it was longer than expected with brakes

I drove over 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from Nick. When I got there he had it up front and let me inspect it, and test drive the vehicle at my pace. We negotiated a price we were both happy with, it took about 2 minutes! The process was easy, and the guys there are easy going (no high pressure salesmen). Great family Van for long trips. Got 16 MPG on trips. Great panoramic view from front seats when traveling. Road handling great on curving mountain roads. Power was never an issue. Just oil changes and no issues at all. Even original tires look new after 50K miles. Towed a car once and did not feel like there was anything back there. I drive a Honda Civic around town, but the Chevy is a great trip car (van) to load the family in for traveling. With 4 kids, each one had a bench for themselves for the trip and was a great trip stress reducer. I have had it over 5 years and it has been the best family investment for together times on the road.
