Awesome experience for my first BIG car purchase! I worked with Kevin Emling to get my dream car in the price range I needed it while the market is still in the hole. Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
