Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. I called MFF to schedule an appointment to satisfy a recall notice. To my surprise I was asked ?Do you want to bring it in or shall we come to you?? Chris the Tech rolled into my driveway right on time and gave my Explorer a thorough inspection. The recall issue resolved he checked balmy tire depth and my battery. Am I glad he did! He noted the cranking amps was quite low and recommended replacement. Chris saved me from being stranded Lord knows where! I highly recommend their services.
