I've bought many new and certified vehicles in my life and I've come to learn that it is just as important to read dealership reviews as it is car reviews. I moved around the corner from Haldemann Ford in East Windsor and needed to trade in my Honda sedan for a 3 row SUV for a family member's easier access and the birth of a new grandchild. I decided on Haldemann Ford because I've owned several Ford and Mercury vehicles and had only good, reliable experiences. I decided to shop this dealership first because of their reviews and inventory, but mostly their reviews and word of mouth from a trusted coworker. I was not in a hurry to buy and shopped a lot online. When I finally decided there were a couple vehicles I wanted to check out, I went in and was routed to salesman Howard Salmon. He listened to my shopping needs and without pressure guided me to the vehicles I was interested in, let me ask questions which he patiently and truthfully answered, recommended a vehicle that met my needs and was in my desired price range but did not pressure me when I turned it down in favor of a different one of the same model that was a few thousand above my range. I did my due diligence with regard to features and pricing and without any spin or major strife, Howard got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. No mind games or power play between us. Just pure honesty and his desire to help me get what I wanted and needed. Now for the part I stress over the most...dealing with the finance guy. Pleasant, no pressure and stress-free and I was able to add the bumper to bumper extended warranty and remain within my price range and finance term. The added bonus is knowing they are right around the corner when I want my car serviced. This was among the best car-buying experiences I've had in 40 years of car buying. I've had the Explorer a few months and i'm still as happy as the day I bought it.

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

For a work van it's amazing! I love the ride! Good power, fuel mileage is great! I do seamless gutter and it handles the weight no problem! I love it!

This Van actually do drives like a Mercedes Sedan and the 25-30 mpg keeps money in your pocket. Every part of this Van is much better than what we experienced from other Vans in the past. Very good "work horse" for sure.
