I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.

Found the truck I was interested in online on a Sunday, got a text from Big Mike on Monday morning. Super amazing gentleman. I had meetings all day but we walked through what I was looking for via text. We had a deal mapped out by Wednesday and by Friday morning, I was on a plane flying to Detroit. Buying a car sight, unseen is always a little nerve racking but I knew Big Mike would take care of me. After 500 miles in the air, Ryan from City Wide picked me up at the airport to transport me to the dealership. Ryan was awesome and very friendly. Really a great guy to pass the trip time. I get in and Big Mike greets me. After test drive, found a few unforeseen issues that just comes with used cars. That is the thing that people need to remember, these are used cars. There is a reason they are $20k instead of the MSRP of $60k. So, Big Mike and I discussed some options. Ended up they had another newer and less mileage truck that had all the features I wanted. Big Mike and his team really put in work to get the deal done so we were both walking away with smiles and a good comfortable feeling. Can’t thank you and your team enough! The transmission fluid was replaced and the transmission was flushed but I wasn’t informed if they found any foreign material in the fluid that would account for the clunking noise that I hear in the driveline. Hoping to hear something back to my concern.

I had an 8am appointment, my first one for my new jeep cherokee with 27,500 miles (a gift). I was happy that i was gotten in so very quickly for an oil change. Also, I was very happy that I was informed that the 30,000 mile check up was basically an oil change, saving me much needed money. I was also told to get tires rotated which I did. And i had a sensor out, which I was informed about including cost to repair and that was replaced and repaired during this same visit, which I appreciated. I liked the music and the comfortable chairs. I wish Fox wasn't on the television! ugH! i wasn't told exactly where the waiting room was and had to snake myself back to what I had to guess was the waiting room....I saw no free coffee which I get at the cheapest of auto shops, a disappointment. Add coffee in addition to the venting machine there. Overall, I am happy to have my jeep at my findlay jeep dealer and hope to build a trusting relationship that keeps my jeep in tip-top condition, giving me professional, quality service and not trying to rip me off in any way.
