This Heavy Duty work van is set up very well from the factory. The factory-installed shelving and roomy cargo area beat the competition hands down. The added advantage of a very comfortable passenger area, with a variety of storage compartments, cupholders, and bends, works great as a secondary office space when on the road. Mechanically the vehicle has been trouble-free. A welcome change from the other brands I've used over the years.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Everything went well. Only took 2.5 hours from in the door to driving home with a new car, including a trade in and financing.

The adrian steel ladder storage system was an invaluable addition and provide ultra fast access and storage for large or small ladders, The rear cab shelf storage system also provided efficient and safe storage for tool and supply management.

This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable,front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .

Sam and his brother was extremely professional and upfront with the van I purchased. The customer service was better than Higher in dealership I've purchased from in, the past. If you are looking for a a nice clean van, this iis, the place to go.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.
