Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

this vehicle met my needs with a good turning ratios and the backup camera made it easier to see the rear areas and was pleasure to drive in the city or the open four lane highway fuel mpg for this full size van and cargo consistent mpg

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

The gas motor is outstanding, features are amazing and very safe. The entire van is very well engineered for ease of use and great features.

This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

Looking forward to the Ford experience. But so far I'm very happy with my new purchase. If I had to leave a review based on the test drive and the drive home, I love the way it handles.

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!
