Staff was friendly and service was prompt. I do feel that they should provide a chair when they present older folks with the price. Otherwise, pretty good experience.

It's perfect for my ' handy-man' work, room for tools, ladders, etc. Roomy cab + love the back up camera. Size of the seats make it very comfortable, easy to get in and out.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

The Promaster City wagon met my needs, love the space and the headroom is Great and Seat fold so my Shepard has more room in the cargo area. I Could sleep in the back if it was necessary along with other family members. Rids is Much better than I expected out of a van. I engine is snappy and the transmission shift un-noticed seats our comfortable. I average 29 to 31 on highway and 23 to 24 city.

Only thing I could complain about is it didn’t come with floor mats but I was pleased with the process of purchasing my new truck and the salesman worked with me and gave me a very good deal. I bought my (2002) Ram 1500 conversion van for trips to FL and SC from PA. Thankfully gas prices are way low so far it's been a pleasant surprise. Rides nice on the highway. I installed an in dash Android head Unit with bluetooth, GPS and backup camera. It was needed lots of blind spots with all of the headrests.
