Great family Van for long trips. Got 16 MPG on trips. Great panoramic view from front seats when traveling. Road handling great on curving mountain roads. Power was never an issue. Just oil changes and no issues at all. Even original tires look new after 50K miles. Towed a car once and did not feel like there was anything back there. I drive a Honda Civic around town, but the Chevy is a great trip car (van) to load the family in for traveling. With 4 kids, each one had a bench for themselves for the trip and was a great trip stress reducer. I have had it over 5 years and it has been the best family investment for together times on the road.

Ok when I tell you my salesperson Ronnie Robles is the best he literally was very patient and helpful with me he pulled my up 3 cars when it was literally time for him to get off and leave he didn’t put me out he didn’t get angry he was just patient until I finally picked the car I wanted mind you this was Saturday and today i finally picked my new baby up and I’m in love with it thanks Ronnie and the whole Hoffman Estates family everyone was so helpful and nice no mean attitudes I got from anyone also to my girl Claudia she was the bomb she help me register my car to my phone and she also went over ever feature I needed to know about my car with me she took my pictures and she knew how a girl loves her pictures lol thanks Claudia everyone was just so patient you guys rock

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Recently bought a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

My dad and I went here on Saturday to look at a couple trucks. They basically gave us the run of the place and left us alone while we inspected the trucks we were interested in. They offered to let us test drive any vehicle we wanted. Everyone here was super nice and they don't pressure you to buy. They still didn't pressure us to buy even after we had decided that we weren't going to purchase on Saturday yet. All of the trucks that I viewed here were rust free trucks.
