Whitney from Finance Department was very helpful in finalizing the sale. Roy P. Reutter, the general manager made sure that my husband and I are well taken care of especially when our car needed service. Roy backed up the warranty we bought and felt secured that our warranty will be available whenever we need it. Mike Holmes, Service Director and Red Linberick, Assistance Service Manager were excellent. My husband was always updated on the status of the care and handled the issues in a timely manner. Roy and his team are outstanding. We strongly recommend Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg to our family and friends. Nick Bernicat (our sales person) was so incredibly patient, understanding, respectful, personable, and professional, and he made our car buying experience so much easier and less stressful than it had been until we met him. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We had been to other car dealerships and had encountered the classic aggressively pushy tactics car salesmen are known for, and Nick was anything but that. He intentionally cut out time for us to talk alone and never made us feel pressure to buy. He helped resolve all of our concerns and was open and honest throughout the entire process. After telling him about our previous experiences, he assured us that he wasn't there to push us and that it was okay if we didn't decide to buy. He said his focus was to build a good relationship with us so that even if the dealership didn't have what we were looking for, we would still be comfortable coming back when we were ready to buy years down the road. We'll be back on the market again in a year or so to get a second car, and if this dealership has the right car for us, we're definitely willing to drive the two hours back to buy from him again. His focus on human connection made working with him enjoyable, which is saying something because we had been dreading going into another dealership. Our financing experience was much more mediocre. It was 8pm by the time we got to the finance guy and he wanted to go home. He was dismissive, and while he would answer direct questions, he didn't have much interest in slowing down to explain anything we asked about. I felt kinda trampled and didn't really enjoy any of the interactions with him, but I'd still go back to work with Nick.

Despite that, they generously provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge, which was a huge relief during a very difficult time. Their kindness and understanding meant the world to me. On top of that, they even made a donation to the Buddy Walk organization. Their compassion and community support truly set them apart. I'm beyond grateful.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Ashley & co handled the repair with my Mustang well! The catalytic converter failed and fortunately fell under warranty. Dropped it off and picked up with a few days with no issues.

Work was done quickly and correctly. Staff was courteous and happy to answer any questions.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
