There was a little confusion at first, the address was for the detail lot, a quick call solved that problem. The Ram 1500 I was to buy was not up to my expectations. I did see another one that was acceptable to me and it was 1198.00 lower than the one I looked at. A over night letter with a check for the overpayment arrived the next morning! Over all a positive transaction.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Bennie Barcroft was extremely helpful and supplied me with any information needed. He even picked me up at the airport when i flew to Knoxville to pick up the Metris. The Metris is a great vehicle. I am sorry Mercedes has chosen to drop the model from their U S product line.

Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend. I will have to say that Brandon Comer (sales) and Javier Escobar (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

I had a really awesome experience buying from these guys! I had been in the market for a SUV and found the right one with US Auto Network. There vehicles are very clean and well taken care of and you can tell these guys take pride in what they do!! The SUV I bought had a problem soon after purchase and so I told them and they sent me to the shop right away to have it fixed with no problem. These guys treat you as if they have been knowing you forever. There location can be discouraging because of the other dealerships around but definitely don't be discouraged because these guys are nothing like any of the other dealerships. My wife's next vehicle will be bought here for sure and I will be encouraging any of my friends and family that are in the market to go here!! I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
